where the costs are greater. And if there is a difference, it's probably usually 5% or less of the total cost

South Korea. It's also a question of whether or not you're going to have that army division, whether
you're going to have certain air and naval assets, you know, the more commitments you make, the
larger your military has to be. And to me, that's the real cost.¡±
