전원책의 보수이야기 제359신 북한이 기어코 3차 핵실험을 했습니다
지상파 종편 할 것 없이 종일 북핵에 대한 뉴스와 해설로 시끄러웠습니다. 내가 6년 전 국회 토론회에서 북한이 HEU탄을 가지고 있다고 했을 땐 거짓말이라고 매도했습니다. 명색이 핵전문가라는 자들이 HEU탄과 플루토늄탄의 차이를 모르고 있었습니다. 그때보다 많이 나아졌지만 오늘도 엉터리 해설을 해대는 핵전문가, 북한전문가들을 보면서 기가 꽉 막힙니다. 이젠 플루토늄탄이 우라늄탄보다 더 경량화하기 쉽다는 엉터리는 사라졌지만 HEU 1kg으로 5kt 원자탄을 만든다는 말을 들으니 실소를 금할 수 없습니다. 다만, 우리도 자위권에 기해 핵을 개발할 것을 천명해야 한다는 의견에 동조자가 많이 늘었습니다. 6년 전 내가 처음 이 말을 꺼냈을 땐 미친 사람 취급을 받기도 했습니다. 핵, 미사일, 동북아 정세 등은 공부를 많이 해야 될 아젠다입니다. 내가 지금까지 만난 핵전문가, 북한 전문가들 중에 배울 만한 분은 몇 분밖에 없었습니다. 그런데 잘못된 정보와 지식으로 방송에 나와 떠드는 자들이 너무 많습니다. 이들이 과거 심어놓은 북핵에 대한 환상이 오늘의 안보해이를 불렀습니다. 북핵에 대한 올바른 대처는 정확한 정보에서 시작해야 합니다.
