전원책의 보수이야기 ♥제344신 우리는 건국 때부터 여성의 참정권을 남성과 똑같이 보장한 나라입니다
(미국은 1848년 여성참정권 운동이 시작됐지만 1920년이 되어서야 비로소 수정헌법19조로 선거권이 주어졌습니다) 게다가 우리는 고조선 이래 여성이 자신의 성을 혼인 후에도 유지하는 전통을 가진 나라입니다. 그런데 전세계 선진국에 없는 '여성부'라는 특이한 부처를 가진 나라이기도 합니다. 정부조직을 개편하면서 여성부는 교육부 통일부와 함께 그대로 살아남았습니다. 미래창조과학부라는 '해괴한' 이름의 부처와 해양수산부가 새로 생겼지요. 우선 정부부처 명칭들은 '개악'수준입니다. 지식경제부라는 명칭조차 바꾸지 못했고, 행정안전부는 안전행정부가 됐으니 이름을 개악하느라 돈만 더 쓰게 됐습니다. 행정이 국민에 대한 서비스란 걸 모르는 소치이지요. 또 하나, 정부는 해양수산부 미래부 등을 만들어 수산업이나 과학기술의 진흥을 꾀한다지만 본래 정부가 커지고 공무원이 늘어나면 '오히려' 규제가 더 느는 것은 불문가지입니다. 정말 왜 이러는 걸까요? 당선인에게 거는 기대가 자꾸 허물어집니다. 밤이 깊었습니다.
