 반값등록금 시위 학생줄자 전문시위꾼 등장
 대학생 기말고사 기간… 참여인원 급격히 줄어

지난 10일 5,000명(경찰추산)을 정점으로 반값등록금 촛불시위 참여자가 급격히 줄어들어 11일 저녁에는 200여명만이 참여했다. 

  
참여자가 크게 줄고 있는 것은 대학에서 기말고사가 본격적으로 시작됐기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 불법시위에 참여해 기소유예나 선고유예 같은 전력이 발생되면 ‘스펙’에 큰 영향을 주기 때문에 ‘졸업 후 취업에 미치는 영향이 적지 않다’는 이야기가 확산되면서 학생들은 다시 학교 도서관으로 찾는 분위기다. 

  
그러나 학생들의 참여가 줄어들면서 '전문시위꾼‘으로 보이는 사람들이 나타나 시민들의 눈살을 찌푸리게 했다. 이들은 ‘사진을 찍지말라’며 행인들의 멱살을 잡는 등 온갖 욕설을 퍼붓기도 하고, 한 중년의 남자는 자신의 웃통을 벗어 보이며 알 수 없는 이야기를 쏟기도 했다. 

  
한편, 대학에서 치러지는 기말고사는 학교마다 다소 차이가 있지만 20일을 전후에서 끝 날 것으로 보이기 때문에 앞으로 촛불시위 참여자가 계속 줄어들지는 미지수다.
