 北 돌연 한상렬 목사 20일로 귀환 연기 통보

    북한 조선적십자회가 14일 정부의 승인 없이 방북한 한상렬 목사가 오는 20일 오후 3시 판문점을 통해 귀환할 것이라고 대한적십자사측에 통보했다고 조선중앙통신이 이날 전했다.

   장재언 조선적십자회 위원장은 이날 유종하 한적 총재에게 보낸 통지문에서 "평양에 체류하고 있는 남조선의 통일인사 한상렬 목사가 판문점을 통해 20일 오후 3시에 돌아가게 됐다"고 밝혔다.

   통지문은 "남조선 적십자사가 해당기관에 통지해 필요한 조치를 취해주기 바란다"고 덧붙였다.

  그러나 북측은 당초 15일에 귀환할 예정이던 한 목사의 일정이 연기된 이유 등에 대해서는 언급하지 않았다.

   일각에서는 한상렬 목사의 귀환 일정 연기가 유엔사와 협의를 하지 않은 채 판문점을 넘는 것이 정전협정 위반이라는 지적이 제기됨에 따라 북측이 이와 관련된 조치를 취하기 위한 것 아니냐는 관측도 나오고 있다.

   앞서 조선적십자회는 지난 11일 한적측에 통지문을 보내 한상렬 목사가 15일 판문점으로 귀환할 것이라고 통보한바 있다.(konas)
