 李대통령 “청년 일자리 창출이 최우선”
 제45차 라디오·인터넷 연설서 강조

전날 집권 3기 내각 구성을 완료한 이명박 대통령은 9일 “정부는 ‘청년 일자리 창출’을 국정의 최우선 순위에 두고 있다”고 말했다. 

  
이 대통령은 9일 제45차 라디오·인터넷 연설에서 “제가 중소기업에 큰 관심을 기울이는 것도 결국 청년 일자리 문제와 상관이 있다”면서 이같이 밝혔다.
  
이어 “세계적인 경쟁력을 갖춘 강한 중소기업들이 많이 나올 때, 좋은 일자리가 늘어날 것”이라며 “우리 청년들도 가능성 있는 중소기업에 많이 도전하기를 바란다”고 당부했다.
  
특히 “ 기가 좋지 않고 상황이 어려워도 열정과 목표 의식을 갖고 찾아보면 도전할 수 있는 영역은 많이 있다”면서 “처음부터 거창한 것만 추구하지 말고 작더라도 열정을 쏟을 수 있는 일부터 시작하는 게 중요하고 먼 미래를 내다보며 큰 꿈을 품되 작은 것부터 최선을 다해야 한다”고 강조했다.
  
이와함께 “시야를 바깥으로 돌려 해외에서 새로운 기회를 찾는 것도 좋다”면서 “정부도 우리 젊은이들이 해외에서 역량을 펼칠 수 있는 길을 구체적으로 마련하고 있다”고 소개했다.
