내년 최저임금 시간급 4320원

2011년도 최저임금이 시간급 4,320원으로 확정됐다.
고용노동부는 28일, 내년도 최저임금을 올해의 시간급 4,110원보다 5.1% 인상한 4,320원으로 최종 결정하고 8월 3일 이를 고시한다고 밝혔다.
이는 지난 3일 최저임금위원회가 내년도 최저임금을 의결한 이후 9일부터 열흘간 노사단체의 의견을 수렴했으나 특별한 이견이 제기되지 않은데 따른 것이다.
이에 따라 8시간 기준의 일(日)급제 근로자는 334,560원을, 주 40시간 및 44시간제하의 월(月)급제 근로자는 각 월 902,880원과 976,320원을 최저임금으로 받게 된다.
확정된 최저임금은 내년 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 전 사업장에 적용하게 되며, 최저임금을 지급받지 못한 경우에는 사업장 관할 지방고용노동(지)청에 권리구제를 요청하면 도움 받을 수 있다.
