 검찰 김오수 총장 사퇴선언 후 검수완박 대응 긴급회의 이어져
 18일 전국 고검장 회의, 19일 전국 평검사 대표회의

김오수 검찰총장이 17일 '검수완박(검찰 수사권 완전 박탈)'에 반대하면서 전격 사의를 표명한데 이어 
18일 긴급 고검장 회의와 국회 법사위 회의 등으로 검수완박을 놓고 숨가쁜 하루가 펼쳐진다. 19일에
는 전국 평검사 대표 회의도 열릴 예정이다. 

 
대검찰청에 따르면 전국 고검장 6명이 18일 오전 9시 반 대검에서 긴급 고검장 회의를 갖는다. 이성윤 
서울고검장(사법연수원 23기), 김관정 수원고검장(26기), 여환섭 대전고검장(24기), 권순범 대구고검
장(25기), 조재연 부산고검장(25기), 조종태 광주고검장(25기), 김관정 수원고검장(26기) 전원이 참여
할 예정이다.  고검장급는 박성진 대검 차장(24기)과 조남관 법무연수원장(24기)도 있는데, 조 원장은 
앞서 사의를 표명한 상태여서 불참할 예정이다.

 
고검장들은 회의에서 김 총장 사퇴 후 검수완박 대응책 논의와 함께 고검장 전원 사퇴 여부도 논의할 
전망이다. 고검장들 다수는 지난 8일 김오수 총장 주재로 열린 전국 고검장 회의에서도 "직에 연연해선 
안된다"는 입장을 보인 것으로 전해졌다.

 
고검장회의 다음날인 19일 오전 10시에는 대검에서 전국 평검사 대표회의가 열린다. 


18일 국회에서는 오후 2시 '검찰총장 현안 청취의 건'으로 법제사법위원회 전체회의가 열리고 김오수 
총장이 출석해 검수완박에 대한 입장을 밝힐 예정이었다. 그러나 김 총장은 17일 사직서를 냈고 법사
위에도 참석하지 않을 것으로 알려졌다.
