 대장동 설계자 1번의 또 다른 죄
 검찰이 아직도 찾지 못한 것은 증거가 아니라 진실규명의 의지이고. 자신들의 존재 이유입니다.

  대장동 게이트 수사가 오리무중입니다. 민주당의 물타기 전략에 특검 도입도 난항입니다. 그 사이 검찰
은 넋이 나가 있습니다.
  
  어제 검찰에 수사를 촉구했습니다. 남욱과 김만배에 전해진 43억, 그 돈이 유한기씨를 죽음으로 몰았습
니다. 특정인의 선거자금 등으로 유용되었다는 진술도 있습니다. 그런데 검찰은 이 돈의 흐름을 추적하지 
않고 있습니다.
  
  43억 중 20억을 남욱에게 준 나석규씨는 130억을 돌려받았습니다. 제가 확보한 나석규의 내용증명에는 
협박의 언어들이 담겨있습니다. '묻고 더블'도 아니고 말 몇마디로 20억의 다섯 배인 100억을 받고 추가로 
30억도 더 뜯어냈습니다. 내용증명에 담긴 공갈협박의 실체를 검찰이 규명해야 할 텐데 검찰은 매직아이
입니다.
  
  유동규가 던져버린 핸드폰과 함께 검찰의 수사 의지는 허공으로 날아가 버렸습니다. 검찰이 아직도 찾지 
못한 것은 증거가 아니라 진실규명의 의지이고. 자신들의 존재 이유입니다.
  
  이러니 이재명측은 뻔뻔하게 “터무니없는 주장이다. 사실무근”이라며 성내고 있는 겁니다. 잘리고 사라
지는 증인과 증거들을 보며 어딘가에 있을 ‘설계자 1번 플레이어’는 정의를 조롱하고 있습니다.
  
  이즈음 해서 설계자 1번 플레이어에게 한 마디 하죠. 글쎄 검찰 상부는 장악할 수 있겠지만 정의로운 국
민은 어찌하지 못할 겁니다. 잘못도 문제지만 국민을 현혹하고 검찰을 농락한 죄는 더욱 심각합니다. 누구
에게나 심판의 날은 옵니다. 설계자 1번 위에 언제나 늘 국민이 있기 때문입니다.
