피우진 보훈처장 “평창 패럴림픽 아이스하키선수단 격려 ”
국가유공자 이지훈 선수 등 패럴림픽 아이스하키 선수단에 격려와 응원메시지 전달

국가보훈처 피우진 처장이 23일 오후 선학국제빙상경기장(인천시 연수구 소재)을 찾아 평창 패럴림픽 아
이스하키 대표선수단을 격려한다.
피우진 처장은 이날 최종길 패럴림픽 선수단 부단장, 배팔면 대한장애인아이스하키협회 부회장 등과 함
께 대표팀 전지훈련장을 방문‧ 격려한다.
피우진 처장은 대표팀 현황과 훈련상황에 관한 브리핑을 듣고 연습중인 선수들을 직접 만나 선전을 기원
하고 패럴림픽의 성공적 개최와 대표선수들의 사기진작을 위해 격려금을 전달한다.
특히 선수 중 국가유공자인 이지훈(공상군경)씨를 만나 군 생활 중 국가를 위한 고귀한 희생에도 불구하
고 체육선수로서 다시 한번 국가를 대표해 도전과 열정을 발휘하는 것에 대해 감사의 마음을 전한다.
피우진 처장은 오는 3월 13일 강릉하키센터에서 열리는 장애인 아이스하키 한국-미국전을 중앙보훈단체
장들과 함께 직접 관람하며 대표 선수단을 또 한번 응원할 계획이다.(konas)
