  라오스를 공식방문 중인 박근혜 대통령이 9일 북한의 5차 핵실험을 보고받고 수행 중인 참모들과 긴급대책회의를 개최했다고 연합뉴스가 보도했다.

 이 자리에서 박대통령은 북한의 5차 핵실험과 관련, “국제사회의 단합된 북핵불용 의지를 철저히 무시하고 핵개발에 매달리는 김정은 정권의 광적인 무모함을 증명하는 것”이라고 밝혔다.

 박대통령은 또 “김정은 정권이 핵 실험을 통해 얻을 것은 국제사회의 더욱 강도 높은 제재와 고립뿐이며 이런 도발은 결국 자멸의 길을 더욱 재촉할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

 이어 “우리 정부는 국제사회와의 공조 하에 유엔안보리 및 양자 차원에서 추가적으로 더욱 강력한 제재 조치를 강구하는 한편 북한의 핵 포기를 위해 모든 수단을 다해 북한에 대한 압박을 강화해 나갈 것”이라고 강조했다.

 박 대통령은 한·라오스 정상회담을 마친 뒤 이후 현지 일정을 생략하고 조기귀국하기로 했다.(konas)
