 MBC 박상후 전국부장 신지영 외 3인 형사 고소
 “부당한 인신공격에 대해 단호히 대처해 나갈 것”


“부당한 인신공격에 대해 단호히 대처해 나갈 것” 
 
MBC 박상후 전국부장이 1일 서울중앙지방검찰청에 신지영 기자 외 3인을 형사 고소했다.

박 전국부장은 고소장 제출과 관련해 “부당한 인신공격이나 모함을 좋은 게 좋다는 식으로 넘어가면 이런 몰지각한 행태는 또 다시 발생할 수밖에 없다”며 “고소 결과를 토대로 곧바로 민사 소송을 진행할 것”이라 밝혔다.

이어 “이렇게 하는 것은 다시는 회사 내에서 이러한 일이 발생하지 않도록 경종을 울리기 위한 차원”이라며 “이번 문제와 관련해 절대 관용은 필요 없다고 생각한다”고 말했다.

그러면서 “향후 언론노조가 됐든 민실위가 됐든 기자회가 됐든 부당한 인신공격에 대해서는 단호히 대처해 나갈 요량”이라며 강력 대응을 시사했다.

이번에 형사 고소당한 신지영 기자는 박 전국부장의 리포트가 를 통해 방송되기 전 MBC 동기 42명이 참여한 단체 카카오톡 방에 미리 내용을 올려 ‘업무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하여서는 안 된다’는 취업규칙 5조 위반으로 1개월 정직 처분을 받았다. 

또한 신 기자 외 3인은 동기 단체 카톡방에서 박 전국부장에 대해 ‘일베부장이다’ ‘언어특기로 입사했다’등 허위사실에 입각한 명예훼손성 발언을 한 바 있다. 그러자 박 전국부장은 관련자 모두를 모욕죄와 명예훼손으로 고소할 예정이라 앞서 밝힌 바 있다.
