국정원 국정조사 고려사항(문제점)
문제점 1)
우리는 북괴와 대치중인 나라로서 언제 적이 도발할지 모르며, 적은 핵과 생화학무기 및 미사일로 지금도 전쟁협박을 하고 있다.
문제점 2)
북괴의 당 선전기구인 조국평화통일위원회는 지난 3월24일 국정원을 “반공화국 모략대결의 본거지다”라며 해체지령을 내린바 있다. 6월1일에는 북괴의 인터넷선동매체인 “우리민족끼리”라는 사이트를 통해서 재차 국정원해체를 선동하였다.
문제점 3)
19代 국회의원 중 국가보안법 및 반공법 위반 前科者(전과자)가 28명이고, 그중 18명은 反국가단체 및 利敵(이적)단체 연루자들이며, 통진당과 같은 종북세력이 국회에 있다.
문제점 4)
간첩 및 종북세력에 역이용 될 우려 있다.
