 전원책의 보수이야기 ♥제347신 우리는 북한 핵에 대해 세 가지 환상을 가지고 있습니다
 

첫째, 북한이 동족인 우리에게 핵무기를 절대 사용하지 않는다는 환상입니다. 북한이 핵무기를 개발한 것은 체제를 위협하는 미국에 대항하기 위한 것이라는 주장이지요. 노무현 대통령은 2007년말 평통자문회의에서 '북핵은 대미용'이라고 김정일을 변호했습니다. 이런 환상에는 또 핵무기 보유가 인정된 5강국 - 미 러 영 프 중에 대한 반감도 깔려 있습니다. 북한이 이런 주장을 하는 건 '자위권에 기한 핵무장'을 한 인도와 파키스탄처럼 핵보유국으로 인정받아야겠다는 것이지요. 두번 째는 미국의 핵우산이 있는 이상 우리는 북핵에 절대적으로 안전하다는 환상입니다. 미국의 핵우산은 '한국이 북한으로부터 핵공격을 받으면 ICBM,SLBM,항공기를 동원해 동일한 핵보복을 한다'는 것입니다. 즉 우리가 핵공격을 받는 것을 MD(미사일 방어체제)로써 원천적으로 막는다는 것은 아니라는 것입니다. 셋 째 북한 핵은 통일 뒤 우리의 무기가 될 것이라는 환상입니다. 이런 환상은 민족주의와는 별 상관없이 '전체주의에 아무런 경각심이 없는' 젊은 청년들이 많이 가지고 있습니다. 기가 막힐 뿐입니다.
