전원책의 보수이야기 제334신
오늘 SBS토론회에 다녀왔습니다. 두시간 40분 동안 진행된 '복지'에 관한 토론이었습니다. 시끄럽네요. 실시간 급상승 검색어라는 데 내 이름이 계속 올라 있습니다. 그럴 수밖에 없는 것이 1대5 토론이었습니다. 나성린의원은 나와 색깔이 비슷하지만 새누리의 정책을 맡고 있으니 곤혹스러웠을 겁니다. 박 당선인께서 복지만은 스웨덴 모델을 상당부분 받아들이시니 어찌할 수 없겠지요. 오늘 다시 한번 전세계에서 0세부터 5세까지 무상보육을 하는 나라는 우리밖에 없다는 사실을 확인시켰습니다. 그런 보편적 복지 때문에 국방비를 깎았던 시실을 우리는 기억해야 합니다. 다행이 무상보육뿐 아니라 노령연금, 재원 문제까지 내가 방청객 100분의 생각을 많이 바꾼 결과가 나왔습니다. 그래서 용기를 얻었습니다. 우리 사회의 좌클릭을 되돌릴 수 있다는 생각입니다.
