 나로호 잔해물 추정 물체 발견종합

 |  |  |  |  |  나로호 잔해물로 추정되는 물체들이 발견됐다.

교육과학기술부는 11일 해군이 나로호 잔해가 낙하한 지점으로 추정되는 제주도 남단 공해상에서 나로호 구조물로 추정되는 잔해물을 수거했으며 조만간 한국항공우주연구원에 인도할 예정이라고 밝혔다.

10일 오후 5시 1분 전남 고흥 나로우주센터에서 발사된 나로호는 발사후 137초 만에 폭발했으며, 그 잔해물이 나로우주센터로부터 제주도 남쪽 방향 470㎞ 해상에 추락한 것으로 추정됐었다.

정부는 11일 오전 8시 나로우주센터에서 김중현 교육과학기술부 차관 주재로 나로호 관리위원회를 개최하고 향후 계획을 논의했다. 

또 한ㆍ러 전문가들은 나로호 발사 직후인 오후 6시 45분 부터 회의를 개최하고, 발사 결과 수습을 위해 러시아 전문가 10명이 한국에 체류하기로 합의했다. 이 자리에서 우리측 연구진들은 비행데이터와 영상자료 등을 근거로 나로호가 폭발했을 것으로 판단했다고 설명했다. 러시아 연구진들은 제주 추적소에서 수집한 자신들의 1단 비행데이터가 도착하는대로 사고 원인 검토에 착수할 예정이다.

한편 양측은 한ㆍ러 공동조사위원회를 조속한 시일 내에 구성하기로 합의했으며 앞으로 전문가들은 위원회를 통해 나로호 발사 실패 원인 규명과 3차 발사 여부에 대한 논의를 진행할 계획이다.
