李 대통령 “경제·일자리 챙겨야”
하금열 실장, "대통령은 임기가 없다"

이명박 대통령은 13일 내년도 업무보고와 관련, "어려운 서민경제를 챙기고 기업들도 일자리를 줄이지 않고 투자를 유도할 수 있도록 각 부처가 위기관리체제라는 자세로 실질적 성과가 나오는 업무보고가 될 수 있도록 하라"고 당부했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오전 청와대에서 국무회의를 주재한 자리에서 "내년도 세계 경제가 불안하고 위축될 가능성이 크다"며 이같이 주문했다고 박정하 청와대 대변인이 전했다.
이 대통령은 또 "한미 FTA가 본격화 되면 일선 부서 인원이 보강될 필요가 있는지도 검토해 보라"고 주문했다.
이날 처음 국무회의에 참석한 하금열 대통령실 실장은 "국가의 부름을 받아 대통령과 국무위원 여러분 간 충실한 가교 역할을 하겠다"며 첫 인사를 했다.
하 실장은 "흔히 밖에서 임기 말이란 얘기가 있다. (대통령이란 직책은)임기가 없다고 생각한다"며 "계시는 동안이나 계신 이후에도 국가에 대한 책임은 한결같다"면서 "조금도 부족함이 없도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 각오를 다졌다.
이날 국무회의에서는 하 실장 외에도 노연홍 보건복지수석, 장다사로 총무기획관, 이동우 기획관리실장 등 신임 청와대 참모진의 인사가있었다.
