UN 리비아 제재결의안 만장일치 채택

안보리, 국제형사재판소에 즉각적인 조사 요구
카다피 리비아 국가원수의 무자비한 자국민 살상행위가 지속되고 리비아를 탈출하려는 각 국 교민들의 행렬이 트리폴리 공항을 마비시킬 정도로 혼란이 최악의 상황으로 치닫고 있는 가운데 유엔이 발 빠른 제재를 선언했다.
UN 안전보장이사회는 26일(현지시각) 리비아에 대해 전면적인 무기 금수조치를 비롯한 각종 제재를 가하는 결의안을 만장일치로 채택했다.
결의안에는 무아마르 카다피 국가원수와 5명의 자녀, 10명의 핵심측근들에 대한 해외여행금지 및 해외자산 동결 조치 등이 포함됐다.
유엔안보리는 국제형사재판소(ICC)에 리비아의 시위대 유혈진압 사태에 대한 즉각적인 조사를 요구했다. 아울러 리비아 당국에 모든 형태의 미디어에 대한 제재 조치를 즉시 해제할 것을 촉구했다.
유엔은 지난 15일 이후 리비아 반정부시위 과정에서 1000명 이상의 시위참가자가 숨진 것으로 추정하고 있다.(konas)
