이념노조·정치노조 싫단다···민노총·한국노총 철밥통 깨진다 이철영의 500자 논평

■ 노동계에 부는 새로운 바람 ■
금년 2월 기존 노조의 정치적, 폭력적 행태에 반대하는 8개 기업노조들이 를 결
성했다.
'MZ노조'로도 불리는 이 노조는 8월 현재 6개 사기업 노조와 8개의 공기업·공공기관 노조 등 14개 노조가
가입했다.
지난 7월 동 소속 2개 노조 간부가 처음으로 서울시 산하 와 위원으로 위촉됐다.
그 동안의 양대 노총 독식 체제가 깨진 것이다.
교육계에서도 전교조 가입자가 4만 명대로 밀려난 반면 ‘MZ노조’인 이 최근 2개월
동안 3만 명이 증가해 조합원 10만 명을 넘어섰다.
2008년에 설립된 도 지난 5월 로고 개편에 이어 ‘MZ세대’ 회원 확충에 나
섰다.
KBS에서도 'MZ세대' 주도로 가 제4노조로 출범했다.
지난 7일 창립선언문에는 프로듀서, 기자, 아나운서, 기술직, 방송경영 등 100명이 이름을 올렸다.
이들은 “이념이 아닌 상식적인 가치만 목표로 삼겠다”며 강령에 “정치세력화를 추구하지 않음”을 명시했
다.
양대 노총이 장악해온 노동계에 개혁의 바람이 불고 있다.
