 정영학 유동규 모멸적 언행에 녹취 결심
 

정영학 대장동 사건을 정치적으로 이용하려 했다는 의혹도 나와

경기 성남시 대장동 개발사업 특혜 의혹이 일파만파 퍼진 데에는 천하동인 5호 실소유주로 지목된 정영
학 회계사의 제보가 있었다. 정 회계사는 천문학적인 이익을 얻은 대장동 개발사업 모델의 개발자다. 


천하동인 관계자는 “(대장동 개발사업 구조와 수익 배분 설계를) 정 회계사가 다 짰다고 보면 된다”고 
했다. 그렇다면 대장동 사업의 핵심 인물인 정 회계사는 왜 자신이 화천대유 대주주 김만배 씨와 유동
규 전 성남도시개발공사 기획본부장 등과 나눈 대화 내용과 휴대폰 사진을 검찰에 넘겼을까. 


정 회계사가 넘긴 녹취와 사진에는 유 전 본부장이 화천대유 측으로부터 금품을 받았다는 의혹이 담겼
다고 한다. 


정 회계사는 나중에 대장동 사업이 문제 되면 주범으로 몰릴까 두려워했다. 또 수익 배분을 두고 김만
배씨와 유 전 본부장과 갈등이 불거졌다고 한다. 


이 과정에서 유 전 본부장은 정 회계사에게 모멸적 언행을 한 것으로 알려졌다. 정 회계사가 유 본부장
을 나락으로 떨어트리겠다는 다짐을 하고, 증거를 수집했다는 것이다. 


실제 정 회계사가 검찰에 제출한 녹취록 대부분은 김씨와 유 전 본부장이 나오는 것으로 알려졌다. 


정치권에서는 정 회계사가 자신에게 유리한 상황을 만들기 위해 대선을 이용하려 했다는 이야기도 나
온다.
