도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령은 오는 27~28일 양일간 개최되는 2차 미북정상회담이 베트남 하노이에서 열릴 것이라고 8일(현지시각) 밝혔다.

트럼프 대통령은 이날 자신의 트위터에 올린 글을 통해 "정상회담은 베트남 하노이에서 2월27일과 28일 열릴 것"이라며 "김정은 국무위원장과의 만남 및 평화로의 진전을 기대한다"고 했다.
이어 트럼프 대통령은 "북한은 김정은의 지도 하에 위대한 경제 강국이 될 것"이라며 "나는 그가 얼마나 능력이 있는지 잘 알고 있다"고 적었다.
