 국조 특위 이영선·윤전추 청와대 행정관 동행명령장 발부

국회 ‘최순실 국정농단’ 국정조사 특위는 14일 이영선 전 청와대 행정관, 윤전추 행정관에 대한 동행명령장을 발부했다.

두 사람은 최순실이 운영했던 박근혜 대통령 사설 의상실에서 사실상 최씨의 심부름꾼 역할을 했던 인물이다. 이들은 모두 검찰 조사를 이유로 청문회에 나오지 않겠다는 내용의 불출석 사유서를 제출했다.

국회에서의 증언·감정 등에 관한 법률에 따르면 국회 청문회 등에 정당한 이유없이 출석하지 않은 증인에게 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1000만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 돼 있다. 이후 국회 동행명령에도 응하지 않으면 ‘국회모욕죄’가 적용돼 징역 5년까지도 가능하다.
