구본찬 남자 개인전 金…한국 양궁 전 종목 석권
한국 남자 양궁 사상 첫 올림픽 2관왕

구본찬(23)이 대한민국에 리우 올림픽 6번째 금메달을 안겼다.
구본찬은 13일(한국시각) 브라질 리우데자네이루 삼보드로무 경기장에서 열린 양궁 남자 개인전 결승전에서 프랑스의 장 샤를 발라동을 세트 점수 7대3으로 꺾고 금메달을 따냈다.
이로써 한국 양궁 대표팀은 올림픽 양궁 역사상 최초로 전 종목 석권이라는 위업을 달성했다.
8강과 4강에서 연속 슛오프 승부를 이겨내고 결승에 오른 구본찬은 발라동을 상대로 1,2세트를 연달아 이기고 세트점수 4대0으로 앞서 나갔다.
구본찬은 3세트에서 29대29로 비긴 뒤 4세트를 28대29로 내줬다.
세트점수 5대3으로 맞은 5세트에서 구본찬은 27대26으로 세트 점수 2점을 따내 우승을 확정했다.
구본찬은 한국 남자 양궁 역사상 처음으로 올림픽 개인전과 단체전을 석권한 선수가 됐다.
