리우올림픽여자 양궁 단체전 금메달…올림픽 8연패 쾌거

한국 여자 양궁대표팀이 올림픽 8연패 위업을 달성했다.
최미선(20·광주여대), 기보배(28·광주시청), 장혜진(29·LH)으로 구성된 한국 여자 양궁대표팀은 8일 오전(한국시각) 브라질 리우데자네이루 삼보드로모 경기장에서 열린 양궁 여자단체전 결승에서 러시아를 상대로 세트점수 5-1(59-49, 55-51, 51-51)으로 승리했다.
한국 여자 양궁대표팀은 단체전이 올림픽 정식종목으로 채택된 1988년 서울 올림픽부터 2016년 리우 올림픽까지 8회 연속 우승하는 대기록을 세웠다.
12개 팀이 참가한 단체전 예선에서 1위를 차지하며 8강에 직행한 한국 여자 양궁대표팀은 8강전에서 일본을 세트점수 5-1(54-54 57-51 55-54)로 꺾고 준결승에 올랐다.
4강전에서 대만과 만난 한국은 세트점수 5-1(60-50, 53-53 56-52)로 승리하고 결승에 선착했다. 특히 대만과의 경기에서는 1세트에서 6발을 모두 10점에 꽂아 넣으면서 대만의 기세를 완벽하게 눌렀다.
결승전에서는 러시아와 만났다. 장혜진, 최미선, 기보배가 차례로 사대에 선 양궁대표팀은 5-1로 완승을 거두며 금메달을 목에 걸었다.
양궁 여자단체전 동메달은 대만이 이탈리아를 꺾고 차지했다.
한편 우리나라 양궁 국가대표팀은 남녀 개인전에서 금메달 2개 수확에도 도전한다.
