 방심위放審委 北 대남도발은 조작 게시글 삭제 요청
 'DMZ지뢰 폭발사고는 제2의 천안함사건'이라 하면서 국방부 조작설을 주장하는 게시글 등 포함

방송통신심의위원회(방심위, 위원장 박효종)가 ‘목함지뢰’ 등 북한의 對南 도발과 관련해 인터넷 상에서 유언비어가 난무하는 데 대해 해당 게시물들을 ‘삭제요청(시정요구, 경찰청 등 유관기관)’하기로 의결했다.

방심위 24일 통신심의소위원회를 열고 “남북간 준전시 대치 상황이 지속하는 시점에서 사실과 동떨어진 조작·음모설 등 괴담성 정보가 무분별하게 유포되는 것은 불필요한 사회적 혼란을 불러올 우려가 크다”며 문제의 인터텟 글 19건을 삭제요청 하기로 했다고 밝혔다.

보도자료에 따르면 방심위가 삭제 요청하기로 한 글은 “▲목함지뢰일 확률은 2%…아군의 발목지뢰일 확률 98%…미군과 아군이 뿌린 수많은 발목지뢰 중 몇 개를 우리 수색대원들이 밟아버린 사고 ▲DMZ 지뢰 폭발사고는 제2의 천안함 사건, 국방부 조작설 ▲지뢰 매설은 국정원과 새누리당이 짜고 친 자작극이고 군과 언론 등이 모두 이에 동조한 것 ▲폭우로 떠내려온 발목지뢰에 의한 단순사고를 북한의 도발로 몰려는 남한 당국의 조작” 등이다. 

앞서 방심위는 전날인 23일에도 긴급 통신심의소위를 열고 북한 대남 도발 조작설과 관련된 게시글 13건에 대해 시정요구(삭제 및 접속차단)를 한 바 있다.
