 상암시대 연 MBC 시청률 1위 ‘질주’
 왜곡보도 사태 등 주춤한 KBS 제치고 시청자에 호평받으며 쾌속 항진

제2의 창사를 선언하며 상암 시대를 연 MBC가 지상파 방송사 가운데 3주 연속 주간 시청률 1위를 차지하며 쾌속 질주하고 있다. 

18일 MBC에 따르면 주말드라마 '왔다 장보리', '마마', 월화드라마 '야경꾼일지', 예능프로그램 '무한도전', '나 혼자 산다' 등이 동시간대 1위를 기록하며 승승장구하고 있다.

주말극의 최강자로 자리매김한 '왔다 장보리'는 이미 시청률 30%(TNmS 수도권 기준, 이하 동일)를 넘으며 매회 화제를 불러일으키고 있다. 특히 지난 17일 방송분의 경우 시청률 34%를 기록하며 자체 최고 시청률을 경신했다. 

'마마' 역시 속도감 있는 전개로 극 내용이 인기를 끌면서 지난주 평균 시청률 15.4%를 기록했다. 첫 방송부터 동시간대 1위를 기록하고 있는 '마마'는 배우들의 열연과 치밀한 구성으로 호평 받고 있다. 

또 하나의 퓨전 사극 열풍이 기대되는 '야경꾼 일지' 또한 젊은 배우들과 중견 연기자들이 연기의 조화를 이루며 지난주 평균 14%로 꾸준하게 시청률 상승세를 타고 있다. 

2013년 처음으로 9시대 드라마를 신설한 이래 최고의 시청률을 보여주고 있는 일일드라마 '엄마의 정원'을 비롯해 아침드라마 '모두 다 김치', 일일드라마 '소원을 말해봐'도 꾸준한 인기를 얻고 있다. 

예능 프로그램의 선전도 돋보인다. MBC의 대표 예능 프로그램인 '무한도전'은 지난 16일 방송에서 전주 대비 1.1%포인트 상승한 15.9%의 시청률을 기록했고, 15일 방송된 '나 혼자 산다'는 2.1%포인트 상승한 9.4%의 시청률로 동시간대 1위를 차지했다.

최근 KBS가 왜곡보도 사태 등으로 논란의 중심에 서며 주춤한 가운데 상암시대 개막으로 분위기를 일신한 MBC는 시청률 상승세까지 타고 있어 앞으로 더욱 다양한 콘텐츠로 시청자에 다가갈 계획이다.
