박 대통령이 왜 사과해 천만에 국회가 해산 되어야
해상안전관련 법안을 통과시키지 않고 잠재우고 싸움질만 일삼던 국회는 해산되어야한다!
해상안전관련 법안을 통과시키지 않고 법안을 잠재운 국회가 세월호 사태의 전적인 책임을 지고 즉각 해산되어야 한다.
김한길, 안철수 공동대표들이 박 대통령에게 세월호 사태에 책임지고 사과하라고 말했다니, 적반하장이자 후안무치한 사람들이다.
해상안전관련 법안을 잠재우고 통과시키지 않은 장본인들이 누군가?
바로 김한길, 안철수 등의 ‘국회의원’들 아닌가?
왜 대통령이 책임져야하나?
국회는 ‘학교 안전사고 예방 및 보상법안’도 잠재우고, ‘선박입출항 관련 법안’도 잠재우고, ‘해상 수난구호법안’도 잠재우고, ‘해상안전관련 법안’도 잠재운 자들이 대통령인가? 국회인가? 법안통과는 국회 책임 아닌가?
만약 해상 안전관련 법안을 국회에서 잠재우지 않고 통과시켰더라면, 그 책임이 정부에 귀속될 수 있을지언정, 그렇지 않고 법안을 국회에서 몇 년이나 잠재운 국회의원들이라면, 이번 세월호 참사에 책임지고 해산해야 할 것은 바로 국회 아닌가?
해상안전 관련 법안을 통과시키지 않고 잠재우고 싸움질만 일삼던 국회는 해산되어야한다!
