주유소 기름 월 20까지 혼합판매 허가
기재부, 정유사간 경쟁 부추겨 기름값 잡는다

정부가 치솟는 유가를 잡기 위해 주유소의 혼합기름 판매 비중을 20%까지 허용하는 방안을 추진한다.
혼합기름은 여러 정유사에서 공급받은 석유를 섞어 파는 것을 말한다.
기획재정부는 23일 열린 물가관계장관회의에서 석유시장의 유통구조 개선과 정유사간의 경쟁 촉진을 위해 석유 혼합판매 활성화가 필요하며, 정유사와 주유소간 전량구매계약을 개선해 월 20%까지 혼합 판매를 할 수 있도록 하는 ‘주유소 혼합판매에 관한 거래기준’을 마련했다고 밝혔다.
혼합판매가 허용되면 주유소들은 상대적으로 저렴한 석유제품을 구입해 판매할 수 있다.
또, 이달 말에 개설되는 석유제품 전자상거래 시장의 활성화를 위해 공급자에게 공급가액의 0.3%를 세액공제해주는 인센티브제도도 도입할 방침이다.
이와 함께 설탕가격 안정화를 위해 할당관세를 적용받아 수입된 설탕 완제품이 일반 소비자에게도 직접 판매될 수 있도록 하는 내용도 규정할 예정이다.
