 與 “예산안 단독처리 안할 것”

한나라당은 23일 내년도 예산안을 연내 강행처리하지 하지 않겠다고 밝혔다. 
 
이명규 한나라당 원내수석부대표는 이날 오전 국회에서 열린 주요당직자회의에서 “12월 30일 예산안을 처리할 때 민주당이 (국회 본회의장에) 들어오지 않으면 처리를 안 하겠다”면서 “민주당이 일방처리를 하라고 해도 안 하겠다”고 말했다.
 
특히 “지금 이 시점에서 걱정되는 것은 민주당이 사실상 예산안에 합의해 놓고 돌아서서 이런저런 이유를 대며 한나라당이 예산안을 일방처리했다고 하는 것”이라며 “이번에도 민주당이 그래놓고 ‘단독처리’니 ‘3년 연속 날치기’라는 오명을 한나라당에 덮어씌운다”고 비판했다.
 
그는 “지금 상임위 전부 모두 원활히 진행되고 있다”면서 “예결위는 오늘까지 삭감예산을 할 예정이고, 다음 주부터 증액심사를 할 예정”이라고 덧붙였다.
