 전원책의 보수이야기 ♥제349신 대통령이 한 특사를 두고 비판이 거셉니다
 

친인척을 배제하고 서청원 같은 친박계, 민통당 정치인, 심지어 용산사건 관련자들까지 대상에 포함됐는데 최시중 천신일 같은 측근 때문에 '사면권 남용'이라 공격받고 있습니다. 사실 이 문제는 내가 제일 먼저 방송 등에서 공격한 것입니다. 그런데 당선인 쪽에서 현직 대통령의 고유권한에 시비를 거는 건 어째 모양새가 좋아보이지 않습니다. 야당의 공격도 관례적인 비판으로 보이는 건 나뿐일까요? 그런데 법을 바꿔 특별사면을 제한하자는 주장들을 보면 참 기가 막힙니다. 특별사면권은 국가원수에게 헌법이 보장하는 은전권이자 행정수반으로서의 '삼권분립에 근거한 권한'입니다. 남용을 막기 위해 '사면심사위'와 '국무회의'의 의결을 거치도록 했는데 또 제한한다면 헌법정신을 위반한 게 됩니다. 빈대 잡으려 초가삼간을 태우자는 건가요? 민주주의는 제도가 성숙시키지 않고 사람이 성숙시킵니다. 그것이 '민도'이고 그것이 '전통'이라는 것입니다. 또 하나 이 일을 두고 진보당은 MB가 퇴임 후 감옥간다고 막말을 하고 있습니다. 그 기사 밑에 붙은 댓글을 보면 퇴임 후 바위에서 떨어져 죽을 거라든가 그 전에 총 맞아 죽는다는 둥 증오심 가득한 극언이 있더군요. 이건 범죄입니다. SNS가 제 기능을 하고 인터넷 댓글이 제 역할을 하려면 익명으로 이런 글을 쓰는 자를 반드시 잡아 처단해야 합니다.
