나는 지금 깊은 충격 속에서 이 글을 씁니다. 우리 의회는 의원들 지역구 민원 예산 5574억을 위해 기초생활수급자 의료비 보조금 2824억을 삭감했습니다. 현재 미지급금이 6천억입니다. 의원이 아니라 협잡꾼이거나, 잘보아도 로비스트입니다. 당선인 공약예산으로 반값등록금 8674억, 보육 3172억 때문에 국방예산 3287억과 공공행정예산 8466억이 삭감됐습니다. 그 바람에 FX사업비 1300억, 공격용헬기 500억, 해군헬기 200억 등이 무참히 짤렸습니다. 법에서 정한(20% 국가보조) 건강보험 지원예산 3193억도 삭감해 준조세인 보험가입자 부담만 커졌습니다. 동네 민원이 최저소득층 치료보다 더 중요하고, 안보보다 부잣집 아이들 보육비로 매달20만원 주는 것이 중요한 겁니까? 오늘 YTN에서 어느 야당 의원이 한 말이 걸작입니다. '사심이 있을 수 없다', '불요불급한 국방예산은 삭감할 수 있다' 그 얼굴에 주먹을 한대 날리고 싶었습니다. 342조 예산에 복지예산은 105조가 되는데 국방비는 기껏 34조입니다. (지자체 복지예산이 별도로 있지요) 이 나라 의원들이 제 정신일까요?
