 노정권때 생각하면 지금은 견딜만
 

전여옥 "그땐 대한민국이 체제위협 당하던 국난"

 
한나라당 전여옥 의원은 26일 "지금 매우 어렵지만 노무현 정권 때를 생각하면 '그래도 견딜만 하다'는 생각을 한다"고 밝혔다. 


전 의원은 이날 자신의 홈페이지에 '세상에 이런 일이-김현희의 증언'이란 제목으로 쓴 글에서 이같이 밝히고 "지금은 경제난이지만 그때(노무현 정권 때)는 대한민국이라는 국가의 체제를 위협당하는 '국난'이었다고 생각한다"라고 말했다. 

그는 "우리가 노무현 시대처럼 갈가리 양쪽으로 찢기지 않고 하나가 된다면 어떤 경제 위기도 넘어설 수 있다고 생각한다"며 "그래도 IMF를 겪었던 쓰라린 체험이 우리의 든든한 디딤돌이라며 다들 꿋꿋하게 버티시는 모습에서 나도 힘을 얻는다"고 밝혔다. 

전 의원은 "신문을 보니 (1987년 대한항공 KAL기 폭파 사건의 범인인) 김현희씨가 노무현 정권에서 'KAL기 폭파가 조작'이라는 진술을 강요받았다는 내용이 보도됐다. '나는 거짓말을 했고 다 가짜예요'라고 도저히 말할 수 없었던 김씨는 이를 피해 5년동안 '도피생활'을 했다고 한다. 나는 김씨가 있는 그대로 진실을 말했다고 본다"며 "김씨의 증언은 우리에게 지난 정부가 과연 어떤 성향의 정부였고 무엇을 지향하고 있는가를 똑똑히 보여 주고 있다"고 말했다. 

그는 "그런 일들이 지난 노무현 정권 아래서 정말로 많이 일어났다"며 "세종증권 비리같은 돈먹은 하마보다 더 심각했던 것은 대한민국을 뿌리채 흔들려했던 정권 차원의 기획과 진행이 분명히 있었다는 사실"이라고 주장했다.
