 땀과 열정 눈물을 민심의 바다에 쏟겠습니다

많은 고민 끝에 마침내 마음을 정하고 
오늘 이 글을 올립니다. 

많은 분들이 '이대로 한나라 안된다'는 한탄을 하시며

제게 전당대회 출마를 권유하셨습니다. 

 
저 역시 제가 그동안 모든 열과 성을 쏟았던

한나라당의 최근 모습에 

이루 말할수 없는 위기감 속에서 전대출마를 

진지하게 생각하고 또 생각했습니다. 

 
최고위원을 해봤기에 저는 

전당대회가 어떻게 진행되고

또 앞으로 그 지도부가 어떤 형태로 

일하게 될지를 잘 알고 있습니다. 

 
지금 당의 위기는 심각합니다. 

즉 지도부의 일원이 되기 위해 

쏟을 땀과 열정과 눈물을 

민심의 바다에서 쏟기로 마음을 굳혔습니다. 

또 그것이 제가 끔찍히 아끼고 사랑하는 

당에 대한 제 진정한 헌신이라고 결론을 내렸습니다.  

 
저에 대해 큰 기대를 주신 분들께 

더 큰 성과로 보답하겠다는 점,

굳게 약속드립니다. 

다시 한 번 감사드립니다. 

오로지 당과 나라를 위해 

모든 것을 바치겠습니다.
