포스코건설 영덕오산간 도로 연속화공사 수주
756억원 규모… 총 연장 길이 6.35km, 도로 폭 21~27.5m

서울과 용인을 잇는 LH의 고속도로 사업에 포스코건설이 영덕~오산 구간을 맡게 됐다.
포스코건설(사장 정동화)이 최근 LH가 발주한 영덕~오산간 도로 연속화 공사를 756억원에 수주했다고 8일 밝혔다.
포스코건설은 이 사업의 대표 시공사로 80%의 지분을 갖고, 포스코엔지니어링과 함께 공사를 수행한다.
경기도 화성시 동탄면 영천리와 오산시 부산동을 연결하는 이 사업의 규모는 총 연장 길이 6.35km, 도로 폭 21~27.5m이며, 지하차도 6개소 등이 포함돼 있다. 개통시기는 2014년이다.
용인~서울 고속도로와 연계된 이 사업은 경부고속도로의 기능을 보완하는 남북축고속화도로망 구축사업의 일환이다.
포스코건설은 이 사업이 서울과 경기남부 지역과의 접근성을 한층 높이는 것은 물론 경기지역민들의 교통편의를 크게 향상시킬 것으로 기대하고 있다.
한편 포스코건설은 이 사업 수주로 수도권 도로교통망 확충 사업 실적을 보유할 수 있게 돼 향후 입찰적격 심사에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있을 것으로 내다보고 있다.
