 의대생 3명 동기 여학생 집단 성폭행 ‘충격’…동영상 촬영까지

서울 명문 사립대의 남자 의대생 3명이 동기 여학생을 집단으로 성폭행 한 사건이 발생해 경찰이 특수강간 혐의로 수사를 벌이고 있다.

 
사건 담당 경찰 측에 의하면 “피의자들은 지난달 21일 경기도 가평으로 의과대학 본과 동기들과 함께 여행을 간 자리에서 여학생 A씨가 만취해 잠든 사이 집단으로 성폭행한 혐의를 받고 있다”고 밝혔다.

  
사건 당시 피의자들은 민박집을 잡고 술을 마시다 취기가 오른 여학생 A씨가 먼저 자신의 방에 들어가 잠이 들자 A씨가 잠든 방으로 따라 들어가 옷을 벗기고 성폭행한 후 그 장면을 자신들의 휴대전화로 촬영한 것으로 알려졌다. 

 
피해자 A씨는 사건 다음날인 지난달 22일 경찰과 여성가족부 성폭력상담소, 학교 상담센터에 피해 사실을 신고했으며 현재 정신적인 충격으로 인해 정신과 치료를 받고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.

 
한편 피의자인 남학생 3명은 자신들이 여학생 A씨를 성추행하고 사진과 동영상을 촬영한 것은 맞으나 성폭행은 하지 않았다고 혐의를 부인하고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.

 
이에 경찰은 A씨의 체액과 혈액을 채취해 국립과학수사연구원에 의뢰한 상태로, 감정 결과에 따라 남학생 3명을 특수강간 혐의로 구속영장을 신청할 방침이다.
