 추석 불공정하도급 신고센터 운영

공정거래위원회는 추석을 맞아 원사업자의 하도급대금 적기 지급을 유도해 하도급업체의 피해를 최소화하기 위해, 오는 23일부터 9월20일까지 29일간 불공정하도급 신고센터’를 설치·운영할 예정이다.

 
불공정하도급 신고센터는 본부(하도급개선과)와 서울사무소 등 5개 지방공정거래사무소, 그리고 3개 하도급분쟁조정협의회 등 총 10곳에 설치되며, 이곳에 접수된 신고건은 추석전에 가시적인 해결이 이루어질 수 있도록 신속하고 간편한 방법으로 처리할 계획이다.

 
간편한 처리와 효율성 극대화를 위해 사전에 유선(전화)을 통해 해결가능성을 위한 당사자간의 자율조정 등의 절차를 거치게 된다.

 
평소에는 일정규모(건설 시공평가순위 50위, 제조: 매출액 5000억원) 미만의 원사업자 관련 사건에 대해서는 사전에 하도급분쟁조정협의회에 조정의뢰 절차를 거쳤으나, 이 기간에는 조정절차 과정을 거치지 않고 공정위 등 해당 신고센터에서 직접 처리하도록 했다.


조사는 FAX나 전화를 주로 이용한 정상적인 조사를 원칙으로 하되, 원사업자로 하여 자진시정케 하거나 분쟁사안에 대한 합의중재에 적극 개입할 예정이다.
