공안검사 출신의 황교안 전 국무총리는 '함정 몰카' 공작이 북한의 대남공작이라고 했다. 


황 전 총리는 지난 8일 "간첩 등 공안사건을 30여년 가까이 다뤄온 저는 이번 사건이 북한 내지는 국내 
종북좌파 등 제5열(스파이 등)이 꾸몄다고 본다”며 “이 사건은 미국 시민권을 가진 종북인사가 주도한 
것으로 보인다”고 밝혔다.


황 전 총리는 공안부 검사 시절, 강정구 동국대 교수의 국가보안법 위반 사건, KAL기 폭파범 김현희 사
건, 임수경·문규현 밀입북 사건, 거물(巨物) 간첩 이선실 등이 관련된 조선노동당 중부지역당 사건 등 
공안부 역사에 기록될 초대형 사건들을 담당했다.


과연 유명 공안 검사 출신인 황 전 총리의 주장은 설득력이 있을까. 


북한이 대한민국 선거에 관여해 온 것은 사실이다. 김관진 국방혁신위 부위원장은 "북한은 선거 때가 
되면 항상 이를 이용했다"고 했다. 


실제 필자가 2017년 6월호에 란 제목의 기사를
