 北 비핵화 관련 미국 제안 모두 거부
 

CNN “트럼프 행정부도 이전 정부들처럼 대북 협상의 전형적인 어려움 직면”

 북한이 비핵화와 관련한 미국의 제안들을 모두 거부하면서 종전선언부터 채택해야 한다는 입장을 고수하
고 있다는 보도가 나왔다.

 CNN 등 외신에 따르면, 미국은 시간표를 포함한 완전하고 검증된 비핵화 달성을 위한 구체적 방안을 북
한에 계속해 제시했지만, 북한은 해당 요구를 ‘강도적’인 것으로 여기고 있다고 전했다.

 CNN은 이어 협상이 교착국면에 빠지면서 ‘로켓의 궤도’처럼 치솟던 트럼프 행정부의 대북 외교력이 현
실을 인지하게 됐고, 이전 정부들처럼 대북 협상에서의 전형적인 어려움에 직면했다고 분석했다.

 앞서 지난 9일 인터넷매체 VOX도 마이크 폼페오 국무장관은 북한에 6개월에서 8개월 내에 핵무기 60%
에서 70%를 미국이나 제3국으로 이전하는 방안을 제시했지만 북한이 이 요구를 수락하지 않았다고 보도
했다.

 이와 관련 북한의 대외 선전용 매체들은 종전선언 채택 없이 비핵화를 실현하는 것은 망상에 불과하다며, 
미국의 대북 제재와 남측의 태도를 문제삼았다.(konas)
