지구의 날 맞이해 플라스틱 사용 줄이기 위한 프로그램 진행
서울시는 오는 21일 서울에너지드림센터에서 ‘우리는 플라스틱 없이 살기로 했다’ 프로그램을 개최한
다고 19일 밝혔다.
시는 오는 22일 지구의 날을 맞이해 21일 하루 동안 플라스틱 사용 줄이기를 위한 가족참여프로그램,
재활용품 활용 만들기 무료강좌 등을 연다.
이날 서울에너지드림센터에는 플라스틱 줄이기 실천을 약속한 열 다섯 가족이 모여 ‘플라스틱 오염으로
부터 지구를 보호하기 위한 우리의 약속’ 프로그램을 진행한다.
또 누구나 참여할 수 있는 플라스틱을 이용한 재활용 저금통‧화분‧필통 만들기, 기후변화와 플라스틱의
연관성에 대한 기후변화전시관 특별 해설 등을 진행할 계획이다.
이상훈 서울시 환경정책과장은 “서울시는 시민들이 플라스틱 사용을 자제하도록 다양한 정보와 체험프
로그램을 제공할 예정”이라며 “날로 심해지는 환경오염으로부터 지구를 보호하기 위해 시민들이 자발
적으로 ‘플라스틱 사용자체 실천 운동’에 참여해 달라”고 당부했다.[데일리안 = 김민주 기자]
