미국 국무부는 한국을 방문하는 마이크 펜스 부통령이 북한 관리와 만날 계획이 없다고 확인했습니다. 평
창 동계올림픽에 참석해 대북 압박 캠페인의 중요성을 강조할 것이라고 밝혔습니다. 김영남 기자가 보도

  국무부는 펜스 부통령의 평창 동계올림픽 참석은 미-한 동맹의 강력함을 보여주고 북한과 정권에 대한 
전세계의 최대 압박 캠페인의 중요성을 부각시킬 것이라고 밝혔습니다.

and underscore the importance of the maximum pressure campaign, all around the world against 
the DPRK and its regime. He will also remind the world of the humanitarian rights abuses,

  헤더 노어트 국무부 대변인은 6일 정례브리핑에서 펜스 부통령의 평창 동계올림픽 관련 일정을 소개하
며 이 같이 말했습니다. 또한 펜스 부통령이 충분히 입증된 북한의 인권 유린 실태를 전세계에 상기시킬
