 국회 국방위 北소행 의혹 국방망 해킹 사건 현안 보고… 향후 강화대책 논의

국회 국방위원회가 12일 전체회의를 열고 북한 소행 의혹이 제기된 국방망 해킹 사건에 대한 현황 보고를 받을 예정이다.

이날 국방위는 한민구 국방부 장관 등으로부터 악성 코드의 종류를 포함한 피해 현황과 공격 주체, 유출된 군 기밀의 종류와 범위 등에 대한 종합감사 진행 경과를 보고받고 향후 국방망 강화 대책 등을 논의한다.

지난 7일 국군 사이버사령부는 국회 정보위 긴급 간담회에서 해당 해킹 건에 대해 "북한 소행으로 추정된다"고 초기 분석 결과를 밝힌 바 있다.

또 국방위는 장명진 방위사업청장을 상대로 최근 논란이 된 주한미군 방위비 분담금 관련 발언의 경위를 추궁할 것으로 보인다.

장 청장은 지난달 21일 미국 워싱턴DC에서 열린 '한미 국방 획득 정책과 국제 안보 환경' 콘퍼런스에 참석해 "도널드 트럼프 대통령 당선인과 차기 미국 정부가 한국에 방위비 분담금 인상을 요구한다면 한국은 어쩔 수 없이 받아들일 수밖에 없는 상황이라고 생각한다"고 말한 것으로 알려졌다.

한편 이날 회의에는 국군기무사령부 관계자 등도 참석한다.
