 안광한 사장 “보이지 않는 다수의 목소리 생각하겠다”
 ‘제20회 장한 고대언론인상’ 수상식서 ‘방송 공정성’ 등 의지 밝혀

안광한 MBC 사장이 25일 서울 한국프레스센터에서 열린 ‘제20회 장한 고대언론인상’ 시상식에서 목소리가 큰 소수에 끌려가다시피 하고 있는 현재 우리 사회의 적폐를 겨냥한 듯 “보이지 않는 다수의 목소리 생각하겠다”고 밝혔다.

수상의 영예를 안은 안 사장은 이날 수상 소감으로 “경영자의 신분으로 이런 상을 받게 돼 혹여 다른 사람 몫을 하나 빼앗는 것이 아닌가 민망한 생각이 든다”며 “언론인으로서 보이지 않는 다수의 목소리에 대한 생각을 평소에도 하고 살아야겠다고 생각한다.”고 말했다.

안 사장은 또한 “앞으로 관련된 모임 등을 만들어 고대 언론인 인맥을 굳건히 하는 기회를 만들겠다”고 말했다.

안 사장은 “언론이 지닌 막강한 영향력에는 책임이 따른다”며 “‘공정성’을 끝없이 추구해야하는 가치로 삼겠다”고 밝혔다.

고려대 신문방송학과 76학번인 안 사장은 1982년 MBC 입사했다. 교양제작국 기획제작부 프로듀서, 영화부장, 편성국장, 편성본부장 등을 거쳤으며, 2011년 부사장, 2013년 MBC 플러스미디어 대표이사, MBC 스포츠 대표이사를 역임했다. 현재 MBC 사장과 한국방송협회장에 재임 중이다.
