국회 공직자윤리법 개정안 발의

국회사무처(사무총장직무대리 임병규)는 2014년 오제세 의원 등 10인이 발의한 “풍속영업의 규제에 관한 법률 일부개정법률안”과 박남춘의원 등 10인이 발의한 “공직자윤리법 일부개정법률안”이 접수했다고 22일밝혔다.
이 법률안은 앞으로 안전행정위원회 등 소관 위원회에 회부되어 심사될 예정이다.
- 풍속영업의 규제에 관한 법률 개정안(오제세의원 대표발의) 무도학원업 및 무도장업과 목욕장업을 풍속영업의 범위에서 제외한다.
- 공직자윤리법 개정안(박남춘의원 대표발의) 정치자금의 수입 및 지출을 위한 예금계좌는 다른 등록대상재산과 구분하여 표시하도록 한다.
