 박찬종여의도식 정치 폭파하자
 "소수실세가 공천권 틀어쥐니 서로 폭력 편싸움"

올바른사람들 공동대표인 박찬종 전 의원은 26일 국회 폭력 사태 원인을 짚으면서 "여의도식 정치를 폭파하고 새로운 틀을 짜야한다"고 주장했다.

박 전 의원은 이날 '국회사태, 국민은 바보가 아니다'라는 논평에서 "국민 결단만이 국회 사태를 해결할 수 있다"고 말했다. 그는 이번 폭력사태의 근본 원인이 '공천'에 있다며 "국회의원 후보 공천권과 당론결정권을 정당의 소수 실세들이 틀어쥐고 있어 거기에 줄서고 돈도 갖다줘야 공천을 받고 국회의원이 되고, 의원직도 유지할 수 있다"면서 "그래서 여당은 한미 자유무역협정(FTA) 비준안동의를 무조건 찬성, 야당은 절대 반대의 완전한 편싸움이 되고 마는 것"이라고 주장했다.

박 전 의원은 "국민이 국회, 국회의원, 정당에 물어야 한다"며 "허망한 질문이 될지라도 국민은 저들에게 묻고 스스로를 되돌아 볼 시점이다"고 말했다. 그는 백범 김구선생의 생전 마지막 휘호 "나라가 흥하고 망하는 일에는 보통의 국민도 책임이 있다(國家興亡 匹夫有責)는 말을 상기하자"고 덧붙였다.
