 KDB대우증권 중국 BOCI와 MOU체결
 위안화 펀드 공동설립 및 운용 등 계획

[뉴스파인더 최원영 기자] KDB대우증권은 23일 중은국제공고유한공사(Bank Of China InternationalㆍBOCI)와 포괄적 업무제휴를 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.

  
이번 MOU는 한중 양국의 주식(ECM) 및 채권(DCM) 발행시장 업무, 국제 인수합병(M&A), 기업 구조조정 자문 등 다양한 부문에서 제휴 관계를 맺는다는 내용을 담은 것으로 알려졌다.

  
또 한국과 중국, 아시아 지역을 대상으로 한 위안화(RMB) 펀드 등의 공동 설립ㆍ운용, 자기자본 투자(PI) 협력, 양국기업 리서치 자료 공유 등도 이뤄질 전망이다.

  
BOCI는 중국은행 자회사 중 투자은행 업무를 맡고 있으며, 작년 중국 기업의 `G3' 통화(달러ㆍ유로ㆍ엔) 표시 역외채권 발행 부문 시장점유율 1위를 기록했다.
