 한반도 긴장조성의 주범은

당분간 북한의 군부강경파가 한반도를 긴장으로 몰고 간다

 이번 북한의 로켓발사과정에서도 북한 내의 온건대화세력과 군부 강경 세력이 신경전을 벌이다가 군부의 강경파가 득세하여 발사를 감행한 것은 김정은 체제의 속성상 어쩌면 당연한 귀결이란 생각이다. 긴장과 대결국면으로 북한주민의 고달픈 삶을 긴장 속에서 녹여내야 하는 북한지도부의 苦肉之策인 것이다. 

 이러한 사고의 연장선상에서 보면, 김정은 정권이 곧 제3차 핵실험을 하고 어디에선가 소규모 군사적 모험을 할 것이란 가정도 큰 설득력을 갖고 있는 것이다. 

 당분간 이러한 북한의 강경 지도부를 상대하며 대북정책을 일구어야 하는 우리정부는 누가 최고통치권자가 되든 매우 어려운 시국을 수시로 만날 수밖에 없는 것이다. 아주 어려운 대선 정국에서 韓美간의 수많은 懸案들이 북한의 강경 변수로 인하여 쉽지 않은 수순으로 논의되고 정리되고 마무리 될 것이다. 6자 회담도 그 중의 하나이다. 

 이처럼 어려운 시절에 국내의 일부 특정정파들은 한반도가 긴장구도로 들어서는 原因을 북한독재정권과 우리정부를 양비론적 시각에서 분석하면서 비판하는 것은 자칫 매우 커다란 국가적 실수를 할 수도 있는 것이다. 우리 모두 자신의 자리에서 자숙하면서 국가의 利益이 무엇인지 더 고민하고 올바른 처신을 해야 할 것이다. 아직도 한반도의 진정한 평화는 먼 시간을 두고 이루어야 할 매우 큰 과제인 것이다. 그 어느 때 보다도 국민들의 단합이 요구되어진다.(konas)
