 대공요원에 대한 수사는 보다 신중을 기해야 한다!

전쟁 중인 나라에서 내부의 적, 종북세력의 활동을 감시하는 것은 국정원의 기본 임무다. 

경찰은 국정원 직원이 공직선거법상 불법을 저질렀다는 협의는 인정하기 어렵다고 불기소의견을 냈다. 


그렇다면 온라인상의 통상적인 종북활동 감시를 불법대선개입이라고 해석하여 검찰에 기소의견으로

송치한 것은 국정원법을 너무 확대해석 한것 아닌가?


금번 경찰수사는 防諜(방첩) 최일선에서 싸우는 국정원 대공요원 활동에 제약을 가함으로써  

종북세력의 정치공작에 악용 될 우려가 있음을 지적하지 않을 수 없다. 


이는 전쟁터에서 싸우는 장수를 죽이는  것과 다를 바가 없다.  경찰의 국정원 대공요원에 대한 

수사는 보다 신중을 기했어야 했다.
