정몽준 “안철수 신비주의 기대지 말라”
중진회의서 FTA 입장 표명 촉구

정몽준 전 한나라당 대표는 16일 정치권 최대 현안인 한미 FTA 문제와 관련해 안철수 서울대 융합과학기술대학원장의 입장 표명을 촉구했다.
정 전 대표는 이날 여의도당사에서 열린 최고중진연석회의에서 “안 원장은 이미 정치 행위를 시작한 것”이라며 “더 이상 신비주의에 기대지 말고 국민과 적극 대화해야 한다”고 강조했다.
특히 그는 안 원장이 전날 재산기부에 대한 입장을 발표하는 기자회견을 3분 만에 마친 것을 문제 삼았다.
정 전 대표는 “경제가 어려운 때 기부는 좋은 일이니 비판적으로 바라 볼 필요는 없다”면서도 “국민과의 대화는 피할 수 없는 책무인데 많은 언론인들에게 성실히 답변하지 않은 것은 신비주의라기보다 보신주의로 비춰질 수 있다”고 비판했다.
