 독일·네덜란드 이어 호주까지 갤탭 판매 금지
 애플, 호주 판매금지 소송서 삼성에 승소

애플의 소송으로 진행된 터치스크린 관련 특허분쟁에서 또 한번 애플이 삼성을 상대로 승소 판결을 받아냈다. 이번엔 호주다. 삼성의 제품이 애플에 의해 판매금지 처분을 받은 것은 독일과 네덜란드에 이어 이번이 세 번째다.

  
호주법원은 13일 애플과 전세계에서 특허 전쟁을 벌이고 있는 삼성전자의 태블릿 컴퓨터 갤럭시탭 10.1에 호주 시장내 판매 금지 가처분 판결을 내렸다.

  
호주에서 쟁점의 중심은 갤럭시 탭이 채택한 터치 스크린 기술로서 손가락 여러개를 사용하는 멀티터치와 손가락을 움직여 사진이나 화면을 확대 축소하는 기술 등이 포함돼 있다. 

  
이번에 내린 잠정적인 판결에 대한 판매 금지는 핵심 특허 분쟁에 대한 법원의 최종 판정이 나올 때까지로 국한된다. 

  
하지만 수개월이 걸리는 판정결과를 기다리면 판매 성수기인 크리스마스 시즌을 훌쩍 넘기게 될 것으로 보인다.

  
삼성은 세계 9개국에서 애플과 특허전쟁을 벌이고 있는 중으로 독일에서 태블릿 판매 금지와 네덜란드에서 삼성 스마트폰 판매 금지 처분 등을 당해 복수전을 다짐하고 있는 상황이다.

  
한편 네덜란드에서 특허를 침해했다고 판결한 포토플리킹 기술을 다른 기술로 대체해 14일부터 판매하게 된다.
