내년 최저임금 시간당 4580원 ‘확정’

내년도 근로자 최저임금이 올해 시간당 최저임금 4,320원보다 260원(6%)오른 4,580원으로 최종 결정됐다.
고용노동부는 1일 최저임금위원회가 지난달 13일 이번 안을 심의·의결했고 이후 10일간 노동계와 사용자 단체의 의견수렴 절차를 거쳐 특별한 의견 제기가 없자 원안대로 결정·고시했다고 밝혔다.
내년 최저 임금을 하루기준(8시간)으로 환산하면 36,640원이며 월급 기준으로 주 40시간의 경우 957,220원이다.
최저임금은 매달 정기적으로 지급되는 기본급과 고정적인 수당을 기준으로 하며 연장근로수당, 복리후생수당, 상여금 등은 최저임금 지급기준에 포함되지 않는다.
